At Connect Kitchens we believe a that it’s important for the customer to understand our process and what to expect when engaging with us to build or renovate any kitchen bathroom or laundry. We have outlined the process from the initial idea to finished project below:

1. Initial contact made by customer

2. Customer sends own drawings to connect kitchens for quoting. OR. Customer request a site visit for in home consultation where a brief discussion and site measure is carried out.

3. Connect Kitchens will send quotation based on the site discussion and check measure.

4. Customer approves quotation by signing and sending back via email.

5. An Invoice will be sent to customer for 10% of the total cost to allow Connect Kitchens to proceed with the drafting of the customers plans.

6. Customer receives Plans and 3D Drawings. From here the customer can make any revisions on the drawings based on their needs. NOTE! Only one revision is included within the quoting process further revision will be charged at $250 per revision here after.

7. When customer is happy with the final plans and have checked all specifications such as colours etc, the customer will then sign and return the final drawings.

8. An invoice for 50% of the balance will be issued as a stage payment to allow connect kitchens to begin the manufacturing process. From here the customer will be issued with an Installation date which could be anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. (turnaround times may increase in busy periods such as Christmas)

9. Customer receives delivery of cabinets and if possible, Installation will occur same day. If customer has selected stone tops (there will be another 2 week time frame to allow the manufacturing and Installation of the stone benches.)

10. Stone is installed and final balance is paid once customer is 100% happy with the work carried out.
